🕹️ Games on Lobby

September 21st, 2021

Coming together over an activity gives purpose to coming together. Lobby has several rich, in-platform games that were designed to foster social ties within a group. Plus, we release new games each month so you always have something new to do on the platform.

There are two types of games on Lobby: Event-Wide Games and In-Conversation Games. You guessed it; Event-Wide Games are played among your entire event, and In-Conversation Games are played within the smaller conversations that make up the event.

Game Overviews

Event-Wide Games

Trivia: Lobby conversation groups turn into teams and play against each other in guessing the correct answer to Trivia questions displayed on the stage.

In-Conversation Games

Codenames: Players are divided between the Blue and Red teams, with a designated Spymaster for each. This Spymaster gives one-word clues that point to one or several words on the board that team members must try to guess.

Werewolf:  Players are secretly designated as villagers or werewolves and must try to eliminate the opposite roles without knowing for certain who is a villager and who is a werewolf.

Gezellig: Conversation groups are shown a series of cards with ice-breaker questions that help people get to know each other. These questions are either pulled from Lobby's bank or the host's customized bank.
